Cancelation policy

• Cancelation over 15 days - no charge
• Reservation cancels without punitive penalties:

1. in a case of failure to pay during 4 days after the extension of invoice;
2. in a case of failure to pay during 24 hours after the the extension of invoice if the reservation was done less than 15 calendar days before  arrival date of the Guest

• Reservation cancels with punitive penalties:

1. in a case of the cancelation from 14 till 8 days before arrival date of the Guest - 10% of total amount according to the extension of invoice -
2. in a case of the cancelation from 7 till 4 days before arrival date of the Guest - 30% of total amount according to the extension of invoice -
3. in a case of the cancelation less than 3 days before arrival date of the Guest or in a case of failure to appear - 60% of total amount according to the extension of invoice

• In case of the early departure of the Guest under certain circumstances ( such as the death, acute deasese, hospitalization of close relatives or the high-priority call at work) document supported, the cash assets is to be returned excepting the 2 days cost of the sanatorium-resort services
• Reservation is guaranteed in a case of providing of the credit card data and xerox of its both sides if Guest settles an account in cash upon arrival.

Check-In Time after 14:00 / Check-Out Time till 12:00

In a case of the prolongation of a term The cost of an additional stay within the sanatorium-resort complex (early check-in or late check-out), is 50 % of the lodging price according to the reserved room type.
